After they accumulate some new customers Driveway has many other capabilities including their premium services that rely on the constant stream of customers. They don’t tell customers about this service until they can see that the customers are happy with the service and might want to upgrade or test out some of the other capabilities that Driveway has to offer. Some might think that this might be a difficult way to bring in revenue, but Driveway covers the rest of its expenses in advertising.
