What Are Some Good Online File Storage Sites?

I am looking for a place to store about 20GB – 50GB worth of files, pictures, and contacts. I need it to be secure, and able to access anywhere. I’ve been browsing online, but would like some feedback from people that actually use online storage, what I should look for, how much I should expect to pay a year, the safety of my files, ease of use, etc. I have looked at Xdrive and Box.net so far. Thanks!
