Recently Microsoft came out with an update that allows you to use USB mass storage devices with your Xbox 360. So you can now add more storage space without buying a huge Xbox 360 hard drive. From there you’ll be asked to either Configure Now (format) or Customise (dictate how much space should be set aside for Xbox 360) the drive.
