Using a USB Mass Storage Device with your Xbox 360

Recently Microsoft came out with an update that allows you to use USB mass storage devices with your Xbox 360. So you can now add more storage space without buying a huge Xbox 360 hard drive. Xbox 360 external USB device update


On April 6th 2010 Microsoft released an update to support third party USB storage devices. This is the video of the process. **Note** USB devices need to be over 1GB in size but is limited to 16GB of available storage per external USB device/stick. You can of course use two device/sticks at once for a total of 32GB if you need more storage space.
