Broke in less than a year and only used twice. Company will not replace or refund without original receipt and packaging. It seems to me absurd. Rating: 1 / 5

it is easy to use and inexpensive backup storage for music files and photos (which is what my parents use it). The downside is that it is USB 1. 0 and very low transfer rates. Rating: 4 / 5
