The phone will not let me send high definition video through any type of message, as I am and what I found the phone to configure the USB mass storage mode allows the transfer of video and pictures with the USB cable as possible. Can not find this option anywhere though. . .

Open up the main menu, open settings and tools, press tools, and then “scroll” down to USB Mass Storage and press it. Make sure you have the DARE connected to your PC using the USB cord that comes with it and doubles as the charger.
