The USB cover is so bad that it falls at the slightest touch! I want the cap to remain tight as it is in my bag, but this is not an option with the lid loose!

This product of Olympus will not happen from the beginning! I returned the defective item to Amazon, and promptly refunded my money. My customer service experience with Amazon has been very positive in 10 + years I’ve bought from them. Rating: 1 / 5
For those of us who bought Olympus cameras that use the cards xD, get a card reader that works can be a pain in addition. Fortunately, Olympus makes one that works not, Apple does the trick of making you pay a ridiculous price. Read all Olympus xD-simple. Get one. Rating: 5 / 5
