I do have the update and mine doesnt have an option to click on it…I need HELP!!! everytime I link it to the computer it does open my stuff on my phone but when I click on it it says insert removable disc F.very frustrating!
this is probably an old video of the old android versioin, ’cause i don’t have this optoin either. just plug it into your computer and you’ll be able to use the sd card as usb storage.
i don’t think that any g1 version was able to use the internal ~100 mb for usb storage…
If you have Cupcake or 1.5 firmware, you’ll have this enabled already. If you don’t upgrade. It should be out as an upgrade automatically!
same here. it’s because it has a newer update on there. when you connect it on the computer, at the very top of your G1 it should have a Notification. Click on it and it should have a message with two things to click: “Mount” and “Don’t Mount” click Mount and it should appear on your computer as a removable disk.
But.. mine doesn’t want to connect to my computer. idk why. it says my hardware had problems or something. can someone help?
Is this just for UK G1s? Not available in the USA
